600t/d 5 cyclones preheater rotary kiln clinker Portland cement production line( Portland cement,the silicate cement according to the production standards of the People's Republic,the cement name of this engineering desigh), When completed, forming with an annual output of 200,000 tons of cement-scale enterprises.

Production process

Raw materials, fuel storage

By limestone mining,the limestone is conveyed into the factory yard by dump truck.A PCD1612 Hammer Crusher is used to break limestone,aggregate is conveyed by discharge doo、belt conveyer、hoist、the roof belt machines into 2-φ10m×24m round limestone to be stored.

By limestone mining, the limestone is conveyed by the car into the 18 × 20m stack shelf for dried、crushed and then conveyed by belt conveyer、S-type unloading car into 20×25×15m pre-homogenization reactor shelf.And limestone is set as a "T" on both sides of the corridor fabrics, forms a "people" shaped reactor materials.
Simple pre-homogenization operation used by loader’s head face taking material ,the homogenization coefficient could reach 3-6.Loader takes materials and sends them to the belt conveyer, these are conveyed by hoist into φ6×14m round limestone to be stored.

Iron power is brought into the 18m×20m reactor shelf by the dumping of cars,and then it is conveyed by hoist into the 1-φ6m×14m iron storehouse to be stored.

Clay is brought into the 18m×20m reactor shelf by the dumping of cars, dried by the φ2.2m×16m dryer,and then it is sent into the φ6m×14m round storehouse to be stored.

Raw coal is brought into the 18m×40m raw coal reactor shelf by the dumping cara to be stored.

Gypsum is brought into the 15m×30m gypsum yard by the dumping of cars,after crushed it is sent to the1-φ6m×14m gypsum storehouse to be stored.

Preparation and homogenization of raw material

Raw materials are made of four parts :limestone、sandstone、clay and iron dust.And they are sent to the Φ2.6 m × 10m ring-grinding mill system to be ground after proportioning at the bottom of batching station.To achieve the purpose that controlling the raw rate qualified, we use computer batching system to regulate the proportion of raw material.After chosing by the powder concentrator,the eligible raw materials are conveyed into the 4-φ8×18m batch raw meal homogenizing silo to be homogenized and stored, by chain conveyor and hoist. And the coarse powders are returned to the wheelhead to be ground again by the chian conveyor. The waste gas of cement grinding system goes into cyclone separator and electric dust collector to be treated then discharged into air.The collecting fine powders go into the fine chain conveyor, and then conveyed into the raw meal homogenizing silo.

Pulverized coal preparation

Raw coal which stored in the stoke shed are conveyed into the raw meal silo by hoist after being matched.Then they are sent into the mill by rotary disc feeder.A φ2.2m×5.8m air swept steel ball coal mill is used as coal mill.After being separated by meal separator,meal is back to grind in the mill. Fine powders are sent into cyclone separating device again, qualified coaldust are conveyed into pulverized coal bunker.The waste gas goes into bag filter to be treated then discharged into air.The coal power collected by the bag filter is regarded as the final goods,then sent into the  kiln head coal-power cabin. Standby heat source of the coal mill is supplied by the hot blast stove.

Clinker firing

Raw meal, which stored in the raw meal storehouse, is conveyed into the raw-meal silo located in the kiln outset by pneumatic transport.After measured, it is sent to air pipe between the first、second stage cyclones,then it goes into theφ3.3m×52m rotary kiln to be calcined, after preheating  through first、second、third、forth、fifth stage cyclone preheater in turn.

Coal power, which stored in the coal-power storehouse, is injected into the kiln by screw feeder and three-channel coal burner, after it is measured by the screw feeder and impulse flowmeter.The three-channel coal burner adopt high-pressure centrifugal blower to waft netair,the coal air is wafted by the root’s blower.

Treatment of waste gas in the kiln outlet

The waste gas is sent into the φ4.8m×28m conditioning tower to be conditioning and hardening and tempering, through one-stage cyclone from bottom-up in turn.Then it is sent into the horizontal cottrell to be uds separation.Finally, the waste gas is discharged into air after be pumped into   chimney by dusting fan. Kiln dust, which comes from dust catcher and conditioning tower, is conveyed into silo by chain conveyor, and then conveyed into raw meal homogenizing silo by conveyor.

Clinker cooling and storage

Clinker out coming from kiln, being sent into φ3.3m×36m tubrlar cooler to be cooled.Clinker is conveyed into 2-φ10mX24m  clinker storage to be stored by chain conveyor、crusherand hoist.

Cement finished and storage

Clinker and limestone are dischared from the bottom of storehouse, after measuring by the electronic belt conveyor scale, those are conveyed by belt conveyor into the φ2.6mX13m high-yeilding and thin cement mill system to be ground.Outbound cement is conveyed into the 4-φ10mX24m cement round silo to be stored by the chain conveyor and hoist.The outbound waste gas is discharged into air after being collected the dust by bag filter.The collecting fine powers are conveyed into the cement silo through hoist by the fine-powder chain conveyor.

Cement packing、bulk packing and finished products storage

Cement out coming from cement storehouse,through chain conveyor and hoist into the gyratory screen of packing system.After screening separation,they are sent into the packing bin.Then they are feeded into two fixed two-mouth packing machine to be packed. Bagged cement is conveyed into the finished cement storehouse by belt conveyor to be labor palletized and delivered. Finished stock storeroom is 18mX40m storage 1200T.Packing system arrange a bag filter, waste gas is discharged into air by blower after purification.

Cement storehouse operates a side bulk packing installtion.If needs, equipment cement could be added and sent into the bulk truck to be sent out from the plant.

Main process equipment

Limestone breaking

A PCD1612 Single Stage Hammer Crusher is used to break limestone.The calibration output is 100-400 tons per hour, feed size<300mm, discharge size<25mm. The system need to crush limestone for 240732.76 tons per year, 732.82 tons per day.8 work hours per day, annual utilization rate is 30.00%,it could meet the needs of manufacture.

Raw material drying

Clay needs 16447.60 tons per year( drier),50.07 tons per day.A φ2.2mX16mn drier is used to be satisfied the needs of manufacture, production capacity 7 tons per hour,8 work hours per day, annual utilization rate 30.00%

Raw meal mill

It need raw meal 299592tons per year after construction, 912 tons per day.A φ2.6mX10m round fluid mill is used to meet the needs of the manufacture. Production capacity 40-45 tons per hour, 22 workhours per day, annual utilization rate 82.5%.

Rotary kiln

Clinker production 197100 tons per year,600 tons per day after construction.A φ3.3mX52m rotary kiln with five cyclone preheater is used to meet the needs of the manufacture.Production capacity 25 tons per hour, 24 workhours per day, annual utilization rate 92%.

Cooler

Clinker output 25 tons per hour.Aφ3.2mX36 tubrlar cooler is used to meet the needs of the manufacture, production capacity 28 tons per hour.
  
Coal mill

It needs 33507 tons of coal per year (drier), coal dust need 102 tons per day .A φ2.2mX5.8m steel ball coal mill is used to satisfied the manufature,production capacity 27-35 tons per hour, 22 workhours per day, annual utilization rate 82.5%.

Cement mill

It needs 201204.97 tons of grinding cement per year, 612.50 tons per day after construction.A φ2.6mX13m round fluid mill is used to satisfied the manufacture.Production capacity 27-35 tons per hour, 22 workhours per day, annual utilization rate is 82.5%.
 
Packing machine

It needs to pack 201204.97 tons of cement per year, 612.5 tons per day. Two fixed two-mouth packing machines are used to meet the needs of the manufacture, production capacity 30 tons per hour for stand-alone, 11 workhours per day, annual utilization rate 41.25%.
